As Mindset Wellness primarily offers coaching, retreats, and wellness programs, most of our services are delivered digitally or in person.

Digital Products

• Access to online sessions, workbooks, or digital materials will be provided via email or through our secure client portal within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

   

Physical Products (if applicable)

• If wellness kits, journals, or related items are included in your program package, shipping timelines and tracking details will be communicated directly via email.
  
• Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days within India.
  
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
